I liked the book a lot! The book was a little to easy to read - I read it in two sittings. A more advanced reader needs more complexity in the plot, but the plot itself was great. I loved that the book had a gay vampire, it added a lot to the book. However, even though the gay Vamp is very hot and apparently has the ability to be powerfully persuasive, he should have to work a little harder to get a guy. The anorexic vampire was very creative and pointed out that anorexia is truly a problem. The book adequately balanced the public perception of her sickness with her thoughts and the consequences of not eating. The two eldest Vamp children were outstanding. They both were the epitome of fashion icons and I was constantly thrilled with their shenanigans.Overall, I really enjoyed your book. I am looking forward to the sequel - I am assuming it will be called "House of Vamp -Uprooted."

I must admit, I read this book with some trepidation. I'm a fan of neither vampires, nor fashion, but I am a fan of satire and this book is chockfull of it. It takes jabs at reality TV, the cult of celebrity, and the vacuous suck of pop culture. The vampires in this book actually have some bite, by which I mean they do as God intended vampires to do and feed off the living. And what's more, they enjoy it! No morose, tortured, dulled fangs here. Just a family of bloodsuckers who happen to be famous for being a family of bloodsuckers. Not unlike the Kardashians. I may have hesitated in starting the book, but once I did, I couldn't stop turning pages. It's sexy, bloody, and funny and I can't wait for book two!
This book was hysterical. I have read a lot of horrible new works in the vampire genre, so House of Vamp Home Sweet House was a great surprise. It had great character development and certainly left me wanting more. I'm ready for the next work!
